Ma on za zadanie u\u0142atwi\u0107 komunikacj\u0119 pomi\u0119dzy regulatorem i nadzorowanymi podmiotami.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Portal b\u0119dzie s\u0142u\u017cy\u0142 do przesy\u0142ania do CySEC wa\u017cnych list\u00f3w, formularzy czy dokument\u00f3w. Dodatkowo ma za zadanie obni\u017cy\u0107 koszty tego typu operacji oraz koszty sk\u0142adowania dokument\u00f3w (wszystkie b\u0119d\u0105 przechowywane w wersji online). Wprowadzenie portalu ma pom\u00f3c r\u00f3wnie\u017c w ograniczeniu ryzyka przy operacjach na poufnych dokumentach.<\/p>\n<p>Warto zaznaczy\u0107, \u017ce portal nie zast\u0105pi u\u017cywanego do tej pory systemu TRS, jednak w przysz\u0142o\u015bci zostanie on zintegrowany z powsta\u0142ym portalem.<\/p>\n<p>Oficjalna informacja CySEC na temat uruchomienia portalu:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (the \u2018Commission\u2019) commences its Web Portal (Portal) through which the Regulated Entities can submit digitally signed documents\/forms\/letters to the Commission. It is expected that the cost of printing and storing the physical documents will be eliminated since it will no longer be required to be submitted using this format.
