oszukany przez SCAM - co zrobić

Stay away from Riva Financial Systems and BTCM Exchange

Based on reports from victims, we warn against the RivaFinancialSystems and BTCMExchange platforms. These platforms offer investments in the Cryptocurrency and Forex/CFD markets.

These platforms do not provide detailed information of the companies that supervise the financial operations of the websites, which is the first signal not to invest your funds on them. The brokers also do not provide details on the possession of a license to provide investment services, which is absolutely required in the case of such activities.

According to the reports sent by the injured parties, consultants of these websites are pushy persuading them to transfer funds, declaring a safe and guaranteed profit with many bonuses. Callers use gateways to redirect the phone number, which means that a local number, displayed indicating that the Call Center could be located in current country. Due to the use of telecommunication gates, the persuaded person cannot call back this number, it is usually unavailable when trying to make a call.

The characteristics that were noticed by people reporting fraudulent brokers to us are, as in the case of other SCAMs:

  • Eastern accent of consultants, despite introducing themselves with popular names and surnames of the target country,
  • insistent persuasion to make a deposit payment in the amount of min. $250,
  • promises of an attractive profit thanks to the launch of an “investment robot” on the trading account, which would be used to independently open and close transactions on the investor’s account.

In the case of the Riva Financial Systems platform, information is provided that the company is registered on the Isle of Man and another one in Luxembourg. These countries, like other European countries, require a license to provide investment services, which is not mentioned on the broker’s platform. However, there is an application for entering into the register of companies in the Isle of Man, the broker’s consultants refer to this document, claiming that it is a license allowing financial products to be offered throughout the European Union.

FSMA ostrzeżenia

14 brokers on FSMA’s black list

Belgian financial supervision is warning the public about 14 platforms, which, according to the FSMA article, are very pushly promoting their services. The regulator informs that these platforms are increasingly reaching their customers via social media by placing promising advertisements or by contacting potential customers directly.

FSMA informs that rogue platforms encourage their victims to install the application or register on the Internet platform. In this way, they obtain funds from clients and their personal data. Fraudsters try to convince an investor to install an application for remote computer operation, in this way to make money transfers from a bank account or take out numerous loans, often for large amounts. Affected persons inform that after paying the deposit or after reporting the willingness to withdraw the profit from the platform, contact with the broker ceases, or consultants who become aggressive prevent the recovery of funds.

The following platforms were among the FSMA’s warnings:

  • Bitcoin Loophole – www.bitcoin-loophole.io
  • 4TFX – www.4tfx.io
  • Binvesting – www.binvesting.com
