1. 1. Any person using the functionality on this website – for the purposes of this “policy” – will be referred to as the User.
   2. Providing personal data and consenting to its processing are entirely voluntary. Any personal data provided to us is processed only to the extent and for the purpose for which the data subject has consented.
   3. The Administrator ensures the security of the transferred data and the implementation of Users’ rights arising from the GDPR regulation.
   4. Users have the right to access and rectify their personal data, request its complete deletion, or restrict the processing of their personal data. They also have the right to object to processing. To do this, they can use the website’s functionality to update their user account information or send a request (e.g., to the email address provided) specifying their request for changes or deletion from the records. The data subject has the right to withdraw their consent to the processing of their data at any time.
   5. The ADMINISTRATOR may refuse to delete the User’s data only in cases specified in applicable regulations, in particular if the user has not paid all amounts due to the ADMINISTRATOR.

1. What cookies and similar technologies are

Cookies are small text files that your browser stores on your device (computer, phone). Browser storage (localStorage, sessionStorage) works in a similar way. ForexRev.com uses both; below we refer to them together as “cookies”.

2. Legal basis

• Essential cookies are stored without consent because the site cannot work properly or securely without them (Art. 399(3) of the Polish Electronic Communications Law).
• Analytics and marketing cookies are stored only after you consent in the window shown on your first visit (Art. 399(1) of the Electronic Communications Law and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
• You can withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it.

3. Your choice and how to change it

• On your first visit we show a window with two equal options: “Accept” and “Essential only”.
• We remember your choice for 12 months.
• You can change it at any time with the “Cookies” button in the bottom-left corner of the page. Choosing “Essential only” deletes the analytics and marketing cookies set by our site from your browser.
• You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may affect how the site works.

9. Measurement without cookies

To see which articles are most useful, we count clicks on links to brokers’ websites. We record only the link name, the address of the page where it was clicked and the time. We do not record IP addresses, cookies or any identifiers, so this data cannot be linked to a specific person.

Forex Tax Calculator – Personal Data Processing and Protection

1. The Forex tax calculator available at https://forexrev.pl/kalkulator-podatku-forex/ uses account statements in HTML format from the cTrader, MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 platforms.
2. The calculator uses the following data from your statement:
   • Platform name;
   • Account currency;
   • Transaction date;
   • Value of transactions, deposits, withdrawals;
   • SWAP amounts;
   • Commissions charged by the broker;
3. The tax calculator does not read or use any personal data and therefore does not associate any calculations with it.
4. Users may consent to the recording of aggregated data on their profits. This data is completely anonymous and will be used to prepare a free, aggregated report on trader profitability.
