Zonda (former BitBay) is one of the largest and most popular crypto exchanges in the world. Interestingly, it has its roots in Poland, where it was established in 2014. The first office was in Katowice. After leaving for international waters, it was moved first to Malta and finally to Estonia, where the regulations were more favorable.
Zonda takes great care for the safety of users and applies the following security methods:
- two-step verification of the user when logging in to the account
- confirmation of the action on the account – all operations carried out within the account must be additionally confirmed by Google Authenticator or email tokens,
- storing funds in cold wallets encrypted by the Zonda system,
- manual authorization of transfers.
Zonda does not charge a commission for creating and maintaining an account and topping up the wallet. Commissions on transactions are also very low: 0.1% for crypto-crypto transactions.
