BitMarket is an exchange established in Poland in 2014. It was the first in the world to offer deposits and express payments. Furthermore, it is one of a select few exchanges that offer leveraged trading.
The exchange has standard security mechanisms:
Two-step verification for new accounts. The requirement to confirm a newly created account only applies to users who wish to fund their account via bank transfer. For cryptocurrency deposits worth up to €15,000, such verification is not required.Logging into your account and withdrawing funds are secured by a two-factor authentication mechanism (two-step verification).Funds collected by customers are kept in a cold wallet.Access to the platform is secured by the HTTPS protocol.
BitMarket allows you to deposit and withdraw funds in both cryptocurrencies and traditional currencies (PLN and EUR). Deposits in PLN and cryptocurrencies are free, while euro deposits cost between €2 and €5 depending on the transfer type. Withdrawal fees, which apply to all currency options, are among the lowest on the market.
Buying and selling costs are based on the user’s 30-day account turnover. Account turnover is combined from the underlying market and leveraged trading. The commission is also determined by the offer’s status ( maker or taker ). Maker offers have a commission of 0 to 0.15%, while Taker offers have a commission of 0.3 to 0.45%.
With a free BitMarket account, users can trade BTC and LTC with leverage. The exchange also offers BTC and LTC swaps. These features are rare on the market, making BitMarket stand out from competing platforms in this regard.
