ON 13.04 .19. by e-mail I informed Mr. Piotr Grodzki employee of Trade 5000 /agent/ that the platform is not working in accordance with his assurances of AUTOMATIC ALOGARITHM / SEE HIS BILINGS/. I notified Trade 5000 by written chat that the platform does not have protections such as stop loss and stop loss- rolling , take profit . It does not have defensive instruments ie it does not protect the investor and has ceased to fulfill its role in view of the above. Trade 5000's embarrassing answer: will you explain what is going on? End. Please return the money on 13. 04.19 . of 5300Eu. remained 1750 Eu. According to Cyprus Cysec law the money should be with me and it is not. You also know that they work without authorization. They drive without a driver's license!Greetings Richard H.

It was fine until I wanted to make withdrawals; good customer service, interesting promotions. Suddenly customer service started responding to my emails less frequently, suddenly obstructions, suddenly I'm the problem and I just wanted to withdraw cash. I didn't have any problems before, but still, thank you. Another typical Cypriot broker. Good thing I usually keep few funds in Cyprus.

I liked it when I was offered a refund of commissions on the transactions made, so called cash rebate. Payouts without complaint
