Of course, as an amateur, but with high hopes of gaining the first grind, I decided to give it a try. This attempt in 4 months /from mid-August 2020/ ended in failure and a loss of about 17,000USD. Of course, this is not only the fault of the tradingpro.com platform, but also mine. However, I will describe it as it happened in my case /and 2 other people I know/. First of all, the platform itself is not too complicated and can be safely called modern. Whether it is intuitive and has the necessary tools for players is an individual matter. She herself rather does not raise objections, but as for the people representing her and the rules of the platform itself is another tale. And so secondly, you sign a contract with the company representing handelpro.com. The contract has a great many caveats and points that practically protect only the company. To sum up, you, as a customer of the handelpro.com company, have almost no rights, including even those concerning the money you paid. As it turns out, for example, the company can suspend your account without giving any reasons, and you have NO RIGHT to sue them for it, etc., etc - there is much more. Ultimately, it is also difficult to determine where the platform is headquartered and who are its shareholders. But we are moving on. Thirdly, the so-called "analysts" or "investment advisors" - that's what they make you call those people who are assigned to "take care" of you and help you acquire "assets" - and this is where the stairs appear. The first thing that strikes you is that most of the people who contact you are of Eastern descent - Russian, Ukrainian, Lithuanian accent, maybe some other. Over the course of these 4 months, I spoke with maybe 2 Poles. Most, or maybe all of these so-called "analysts" are, estimating by their voice, very young people /about 20 years old/, presenting themselves as specialists of high caliber, who have already gained powerful money on this stock exchange and .... have assisted in the acquisition of fortunes by many people like you. Cool sounding, highly anticipated prospect.... and so much for the "cool" stuff. The analyst or advisor assigned to you has many people like you - how many, they don't know, but they like to boast that there are dozens to dozens of these protégés. Especially some of them create themselves as exceptional specialists. So one should already be wondering how, with such a number of "charges", they will be able to help you at least at the beginning of the road? Well, so I answer right away - don't count on constant contact, quick response, wonderful hints and proven prognoses. I have traveled almost 90% of the way through the whole thing. Perhaps someone got one good advisor. Unfortunately, I have had to deal with people with poor skills in transferring knowledge, very poor response to reminders on my part, most of the "super information" had the clause already "outdated" or "obsolete" which in practice meant further losses. Well, to my criticism of such behavior there was the same response, "after all, you are the one who makes the decisions", "after all, the stock market is cyclical and hence this decline, this correction, etc". What was the advice to my losses - practically always the same "you must wait out this correction". - and so I waited.... losing more and more. As for corrective actions - only two pieces of advice: buy shares to cover the loss, and if you don't have the funds, then we wait - but you have to pay for the extension of the transaction - for each open $250 every 30 days - and so I paid another few thousand dollars extra. Other loss adjustment tools were not offered to me. Finally - the last 3 weeks - no one completely refused to contact me despite many reminders from my side. Mr. Krystian - he promised great achievements, miraculous results, and as a specialist not only in tradingpro stock exchange - he promised miracles - he did not meet ANY deadline for meeting or contacting me, and when I finally called him after a week he was very surprised, which I resent. He stated that it didn't matter, because he had super information for me - you should immediately bet /1000 shares of NEO cryptocurrency/ and this will be a cure for all my losses. So I did despite the bad experience. 5 minutes later I already had losses on 3000USD and after a week 4500USD in the negative. Mr. Krystian did not hear from me again. Ms. Ewa also disappeared somewhere. When I finally contacted one of the advisors, he, without introducing himself to me, asked me what I wanted, because your situation is "tragic".... Well, this question overpowered me and at this point I ended my cooperation with handelpro.com. Dariusz
