But the worst part is that besides a simple statement on the origin of funds, they expect payslips, inheritance acts, documents confirming donations, etc. Banks also have anti-money laundering obligations, but no one expects such documents; a statement is usually enough. After my intervention, I get a reply from Zonda: "Please document the origin of FIAT and BTC deposits." Complete lack of substantive conversation with the support, who doesn't answer questions but just pastes one-sentence replies. I am happy to end my cooperation with Zonda, as they are not a reliable enough company for me (full of bugs on the platform) to send my sensitive data to.
