The Spanish Comisión Nacional de Mercado de Valores has issued a warning against 3 websites. The companies to which they belong claim to be brokers operating on the Forex / CFD markets, but are not subject to any regulations in the European Economic Community.

The British Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has issued warnings against two Forex / CFD brokers. 4TFX and Markets Pilot are not licensed to provide services and may be investment scams.
