An entity called Seabreeze Partners LTD and 11 platforms belonging to it have been added to the list of warnings of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF). So far, the company has appeared on European regulators’ warning lists 14 times.

The company offering investment brokerage products does not have a license, according to reports of injured persons, it provides its services on a large scale on social media, thus encouraging potential investors to deposit to guarantee to generate a profit.
Injured persons who shared their experiences with this broker informed that the first problems arose when trying to withdraw funds from the platform. Consultants inform about further fees that would allow the payment to be made, including tax fees or the need to obtain another membership degree on the platform. Despite settling the “receivables”, investors are unable to withdraw funds from the platform.
