The dishonest broker claims links to the Cypriot company F1Markets Ltd (267/15). The license obtained earlier by the company mentioned above does not indicate that the rcebanque.com platform would provide investment intermediation services on its basis, as it does not appear as a registered domain on the regulator’s website.
The scammed investor who contacted our editorial office points to the characteristic Eastern accent of the broker’s consultants.
You can find many unfavourable comments about cooperation with this platform on the web, indicating numerous extortions, frauds, manipulations and even harassment. The broker also offers the “credits” towards the deposit, which the investor can trade as part of his account. The injured party also reports that pseudo-advisers are contacting phone numbers that belong to people unrelated to the platform.
The investor also reports that the withdrawal of funds from the platform is not possible despite completing the formalities related to it.

I started investing at RCE banque last end of March with starting capital of 1thousand dollars plus and after how many days I saw it working and gain profits and it reached 3,926 dollars and then the trading was stop, and I asked to withdraw it, then the broker called me up and told me that in order to withdraw the money I must pay first the tax to HM Revenue and Customs in the amount of 561.80 dollars and I refused, and if I cannot pay the tax my funds will undergo investigation and HM-RC will hold my funds. On Monday April 17, the broker will call me and confirm me if I will pay. I will ask your advice if I will pay the tax or I will not to continue dealing with RCE banque? I know it is not easy to get back my capital investments…
