Official warning from FMA

Reason for the warning from FMA’s note:

FMA hereby informs that CapCorp Ltd (“FX Crypto Club”) is not entitled to carry out banking transactions in Austria that require a licence. Therefore, the acceptance of funds from other parties for the purpose of management (Article 1 para. 1 no. 1 first case BWG) is not allowed.
