Forex STP Brokers List

STP brokers, like ECN brokers, act only as intermediaries in transactions. An STP broker passes the orders to its liquidity providers in an anonymous way. It can be defined as an intermediate model between MM and ECN. Brokers of this type earn their fees based on the spread or commission on the orders placed. An important issue in this case is the speed of execution of the orders as well as the quantity and quality of the broker’s liquidity providers. Below we present a ranking of STP brokers.

A STP broker on the Forex market usually has one liquidity provider, to which all orders are sent automatically – conditions of the transaction depend mainly on this liquidity provider. The lack of diversification of order providers makes it a slightly less neutral model of the broker’s operation, which is also exposed to exchange rate errors in case of problems with the liquidity provider. Despite all these, a STP broker often offers very good trading conditions, especially in terms of transaction costs.
