AMF (France): warning against 3 entities
A number of unauthorized companies have been blacklisted by French financial supervision. Some of them are dishonest champagne sellers, but the regulator also posted warnings against 3 companies operating on the Forex / CFD and cryptocurrency market. One of them is another clone of the Royal broker. AMF reports that none of the listed sites are licensed to provide the services. Therefore, they may endanger investors.

FCA (United Kingdom): Warning against COFINANCIAL & Oakfort Recovery
The British regulator issued warnings against the offshore broker – COFINANCIAL and the company offering recovery of money swindled by scams – Oakfort Recovery. None of these are licensed to provide services. COFINANCIAL claims to be registered at an address that appears frequently on scam sites. Oakfort Recovery is not entitled to recover stolen funds and may also be the work of fraudsters.

FINMA (Switzerland): Global Investment Bank & Capital Trust
The Swiss financial supervision authority issued a warning against a party to an entity using the name Global Investment Bank & Capital Trust. FINMA informs that, contrary to the information provided on its website, the company is not known to it or regulated in Switzerland. A platform claiming to be a prime Forex broker can be a scam focused on profits from deposited money.

MFSA (Malta): Warning against 3 entities
The Maltese regulator warns against 3 unregulated platforms that operate in the Forex, CFD and Cryptocurrency markets. The websites of such entities as: bitmarket.vip, Tradezone247 and Winsie appeared among those added to the blacklist. MFSA warns against entrusting them with funds.
