The Portuguese financial regulator CMVM explains that those entities isn’t legally entitled to conduct advertising or search for clients for the purpose of concluding financial intermediation contracts.
The data provided on the websites of both entities show that the platforms are related to each other.

ForexRev warns against forteinvestmentcompany and 24xforex
Based on the reports we receive from the victims, we suspect that the forteinvestmentcompany and 24xforex platforms don’t pay clients money. The verification of these brokers has shown that they aren’t licensed to provide investment services. The injured inform that consultants contact them several times a day from different numbers, urging them to trade on their platform. On the web, we also found a lot of unfavorable comments about non-payment of money to customers.
Forte Investment Company and 24xForex platform companies are registered in England, but do not have a license from the British FCA (Financial Conduct Authority), which controls the investment market in the UK.
