AMF warns against 4 brokers
Today, 4 platforms have appeared on the list of the French Financial Supervision Authority (AMF), offering investment services without the required license. The list indicates the brokers that other European regulators had earlier warned about.
Among other things, the website of the dishonest broker DaxKapital, which operates under the name of the company One Thousand One Ltd, has appeared, this company was the owner of many fraudulent platforms that defrauded investors in the same way. These were, among others, platforms:: daxcapitals.com; daxcfd.com, dax1001.com.

FCA advises against investing on these platforms
The RealFXPro platform appeared on the list of UK Financial Supervisors’ warnings, impersonating a registered company that has a license to provide financial services. The broker uses the license number of an existing company to gain the trust of a potential investor.
FCA also warns against the Platinum University website, gaining its customers through very intense social media marketing efforts. The FCA indicates profiles that you should watch out for. However, you can be sure that there are many more platforms of this type.

starmarkets.io on the KNF’s warning list
The Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) sent a notification to the Public Prosecutor’s Office about the suspicion of committing a crime under Art. 178 of the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments (conducting business in the field of trading in financial instruments without the required permit or authorization) regarding the activities of Krisimarks Eood, which offers financial services at starmarkets.io website.
According to the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF), the company’s seat is located in Bulgaria and does not have the required license to provide investment services issued by the European regulator, under which it would be entitled to conduct such activities.
