The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) placed the cryptoland.lu platform on the list of warnings, which offers investment products without having a license. A dishonest broker on the website informs that the company’s headquarters are in Luxembourg, this information is not true.

Clone of the NSBroker on the MFSA’s warning list
The platform nsbroker.cc appeared on the Maltese financial market regulator’s (MFSA) warning list. It is a clone of a genuine NSFX Limited brokerage firm offering legal investment brokerage services under the name NSBroker. Fraudsters not only use the broker’s name but also use the company’s registered office address to mislead a potential investor.
MFSA also warns against the ravefxtrades.com platform, which has not been licensed to offer investment brokerage services, thus the actions taken by this broker violate the law and pose a threat to the safety of investors. The dishonest broker claims to be licensed by the MFSA itself, but the regulator denies these reports and informs that the entity is unknown to it.

AppTrader was blacklisted by the Polish KNF
The dishonest broker AppTrader appeared on the KNF’s list of warnings. So far, European regulators have published 5 warnings against this platform, the first of which appeared in August 2020. After more than two years, the Polish PFSA also decided to warn the public against the unfair practices of the pseudo-broker AppTrader.
It is worth bearing in mind that the website address apptrader.com published in the warning is not the only one through which fraudsters swindle money from unaware investors. The second address they use is app-trader.biz, both of these addresses are inactive today.
