This is another SCAM company, They phone me every day trying for for investment,
I just block all 00 numbers They are like JP.finance another scam company that took £8000 off me in 9 Months.
In my opinion, ONLY deal with a Regulated Company.

I had a problem with the Universal Markets- um.sirixtrader.com platform. I made transfers but never managed to withdraw- They tricked me into closing all the positions that helped me open up, showing themselves very indignant with what happened to my account and now they still want more money. They stopped contacting me through the numbers I knew and now they call private numbers that I don't answer, but the threat continues.
