Expert Financial Solutions Limited is an unregulated investment platform that is not permitted to acquire clients in Poland or any other European Union country. It lists its office as located in London, but this is not the company’s true operational center, and its location is unknown. The British Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has issued a warning against it , pointing out that it is impersonating a legitimate company.

Additionally, we have received reports from people who are unable to withdraw funds from the platform, indicating that it may be an investment scam. Given all the warning signs, we advise against working with Expert Financial Solutions Limited.

It’s worth noting that legitimate brokers don’t solicit clients over the phone or offer assistance with every step of the investing process. Rather, these are the domains of scams posing as financial intermediaries.

Apart from NEXTWISS, I was scammed by another bunch of slickers with an Eastern accent. A certain Maksymilian Tadic, supposedly a Serb, using the email: [email protected] and a young "little person" Marika Kamińska operating via WhatsApp. I don't know if these scammers read my farewell post on WhatsApp, so I will quote it: "Ms. Marika. Today 29/12/2022 there is still no money in the account. Since 14/12 it probably should be there by now. Unless you don't have my account number. It's the account I sent the money from..." I will not quote the entire entry, just its ending. "Both you and Mr. Maksymilian have joined the group of people who are honest otherwise, meaning dishonest. Ms. Marika, you are young, you supposedly have a fiancé. Maybe you will start a family. I wonder what you will tell your children and grandchildren. Those could be particularly engaging stories, especially if they are true".

Hello, I was cruelly scammed by Expert Financial Solutions Limited. I am writing this because I want to warn everyone who has contact with them. of my contribution 3100 euros. I received some fake email from HSBC bank saying that I have to pay 37.5% of this amount just so they could transfer it to my account, which turns out to be another extortion. I became a victim of my own stupidity, thinking that multiplying money could be so easy, now I've lost the money for my whole family's vacation. Please, don't get framed, they have already hurt too many people!!! Let me know if anyone had a similar situation, I would be very grateful
