Of course I didn't p[ay any tax to withdraw . with 1000 I said goodbye

I wanted to recover money but it's probably impossible. I signed a contract for like a loan from them in the amount of 3thous€ I was supposed to return by 30.11. Because I don't possess such an amount we agreed that for now I will return them 2thous€ and I will be able to withdraw a part of the earned funds. They gave me details of a private person for the transfer but since I live in the UK it would be a foreign transfer (to Lithuania) my bank didn't let it through. I tried via revolut but it showed me that suspicion of scam in over 90% and I held off. I wrote them that they are scammers that I want to recover my money but they say I can't yet because I have to pay them off these 3thous so I ascked if he will give me a guarantee in writing with his details, that when I pay them off I will recover my money he said he will give it to me but then I will have 2 weeeks to return their money to them. I don't know what to do anymore.
