MFSA warns against “Ultimatebitcash” and “Amrica Fx Trade” platforms

The Maltese Financial Services Authority (MFSA) has issued a warning to UltimateBitCash, which offers investment products at www.ultimatebitcash.com. The broker on the website claims that it is “authorized and regulated by MFSA as a MiFID company and is licensed for category 3 investment services”, in addition to a false statement, the fraudsters use the data of another company properly registered in Malta.

MFSA declares that the Ultimatebitcash platform is not a Malta incorporated company, nor is it licensed to provide any investment or other financial services that must be licensed or otherwise authorized under Maltese law.

The dishonest broker claims to be a “Maltese investment services provider that complies with European and Maltese guidelines” and that it is “authorized and regulated by MFSA as a MiFID company and licensed for investment services”.

MFSA denies this information, stating in a statement that the entity is unknown to it and that it has not been authorized to offer investment intermediation services.

The CSSF declares that the entity is unknown to it, is not supervised by the CSSF and is not authorized to provide investment or other financial services in Luxembourg. Furthermore, the CSSF would like to point out that the Luxembourg company Alternative Group S.à rl is not linked to this website.
