KNF warns against 101investing
The broker 101investing appeared on the list of warnings of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF). The platform is operated by FXBFI Broker Financial Invest Limited, which is not authorized to provide investment services. The PFSA submitted a notification to the District Prosecutor’s Office in Warsaw about the suspicion of committing a crime under Art. 178 of the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments.

Efi Ad i AssetsHaus blacklisted by FCA
The Brytysjki Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) placed the efiad.com platform on its list of warnings. The dishonest broker on its website informs that it is subject to the supervision of the FCA without giving the name of the company under which it operates.
Investment platforms are subject to regulations and are required to have a license and to register the domain under which they offer their services. The efiad.com domain is not registered, and contrary to its declarations, it is not in the FCA register, which means that the products it offers do not comply with the law, and paying funds to this platform may result in their loss.

The EUFM.eu platform for the second time in the European regulator’s list of warnings
The French Financial Markets Authority (Autorité des marchés financiers – AMF) has placed the EUFM.eu – European Financial Market platform on its list of warnings. This is the second official warning of the European financial regulator against this platform.

CySec warns against “IC Markets” clone
Cypriot financial regulator CySec warns of 9 platforms through which dishonest brokers extort funds from investors. Fraudsters pretending to be the licensed IC Markets investment platform operate through 11 different domains, of which at least two are copies of the Australian broker’s website.
The scammers are impersonating the regulated Australian broker IC Markets, using its name, and the websites www.icemarketss.com and ictrademarkets.com are copies of the regulated broker IC markets website. The domains associated with this scam are: ffoorreexx.com; 20icmarkets.com; brokericmarkets.com; forexonlineind.com; forexicmarkets.com; www.fx-icmarkets.com; www.forexforex.org; www.icemarketss.com.
Spoofers haven’t any connection with, and is not to be confused with, the genuine entity.
