BaFin warns against 24 News Trade
The trading platform 24news.trade appeared on the list of warnings of the German Federal Financial Services Authority, against which the Spanish CNMV had previously issued warnings. The company overseeing the platform’s operation is Baumont Group Ltd, which is responsible for a similar StockFx.co fraud, against which the Spanish Financial Supervisory Authority also issued a warning.

Seabreeze Partners Ltd in FMA’s blacklist
Seabreeze Partners Limited is the entity responsible for the ProfitAssist and InvestFlow platforms, which, under the guise of investment platforms, extort funds from investors.
The Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) placed the ProfitAssist platform, which previously appeared in the CONSOB and BaFin alerts, on its list of warnings.

Based on reports sent to our editorial office by victims, we warn against the investment platforms FenixSecurities.eu and koleds.capitalmowertor.site.
Koleds.capitalmowertor.site redirects to the galaxytrade.co website, where we will not find detailed information about the license and the company’s name that oversees the platform, so the investor cannot be sure where his money ends up.
FenixSecurities.eu is a platform managed by LoyalTech Limited. The broker informs that the company’s registered office address is in Bulgaria, but the company with such a reference number or name is not in the Bulgarian register of companies. The broker also does not provide information on the authorization to offer investment services, therefore it can be presumed that he is not licensed and cannot offer financial services.

FCA warns against “500Trade” broker
The domain (www.500-trade.com) of the entity indicated by FCA is not active, but the company’s connections with the 500.trade domain can be found on the web. The broker is not regulated, and the company, Smartasset LLC, is registered at St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
AstraHorizon is a rogue broker against which AMF and FINMA previously issued warnings.
