10 entities on the CNMV’s alert list

The FXT Brokers platform appeared on the blacklist of the Spanish financial regulator, against which we warned our readers in the post of January 19, 2021 based on reports sent to our  from people injured by this broker. According to CNMV, this platform is a clone of a legally registered company on the financial market – FOREXTIME LTD.

Another platform that appeared among those mentioned by CNMV today is Fino Capital, which the British FCA had previously warned about.

ForexRev warns against Niro-Trade

On the website, we cannot find information about a license to provide financial services by this platform. The broker offers trading bots that are known for their numerous scams.

Niro Trade is another unregulated Forex broker, which means that the transactions made through this platform are not protected in any way, and there is a risk that the company will disappear from the market together with the funds paid in by investors, and due to the lack of a license from any regulators causes that there will be no institution that can hold the founders accountable.

Representatives of this broker, bases on the information that come to us, urge clients to invest on this platform, using all possible ways to force consumers to make a payment. At the same time, they offer interesting promotions, in the form of an exemplary doubling of the deposit, and guarantee an instant return on investment.

Unfortunately, the stories of the victims do not end well. After making the first payment and generating the first fictitious profit. The investor reports to the platform with a request for the withdrawal of funds and encounters the first complications here, consultants effectively impede this process, ultimately, despite many attempts to make a withdrawal, the money cannot be disburse and contact with the platform is difficult or disappears completely.

We advise you to be cautious and advise against investing on this platform.
