6 entities blacklisted by KNF

On the list of public warnings, the National Financial Supervision Authority published 6 entities offering investment intermediation services without a license. Against the brokers, the PFSA Office in Warsaw submitted a notification about the possibility of committing a crime under the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments.

Among the entities blacklisted by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority there appeared, inter alia, the Astra Hoziron platform, which previously appeared among the alerts published by CNMV (Spain), FCA (UK), AMF (France), and FINMA (Switzerland).
