CNMV advises against investing on these platforms
Today is the second time that the pseudo-broker Bulls & Bears Trades appears on the warning lists of European regulators. In addition to the CNMV, the British FCA is also warning against this broker, the warning of which is mentioned above. The www.bullsbearstrades.com platform is a clone of a company properly registered in Great Britain. A dishonest broker uses the data of an authorized company to build the investor’s confidence.
The “Pexmon Coin” platform, which CNMV has placed on the list of warnings, uses a specially crafted document on its website to confirm that the broker has a license.

ForexRev warns against 3 scams
Beware of the rogue MetaStocks broker. Responsible for this platform is an off-shore company incorporated in the islands of St. Vincent and the Grenadines: Wellbe NB Aliance LLC. The broker is not authorized to offer investment services in Europe. Apart from the lack of a license, we accuse him of extorting funds from investors, which we learn from the victims who report to our editorial office.
The procedure is carried out with the use of AnyDesk and TeamViewer, which are used to remotely share the screen of your computer. Thanks to this, the person to whom the screen was shared gains access to all data stored on computers’ disks. The investor is encouraged to log in during the “active session” to log in to his bank account, the fraudster thus takes over the login data and, without the investor’s knowledge, has the opportunity to clean the bank account from the savings stored there. Often, loans are also taken out on behalf of the account owner.

Another broker we would like to warn our readers about is OpenSeaFX. The unlicensed platform offers trading on the Crypto market, persuades investors to invest by offering high bonuses and “rewards”. The victim who decided to tell us her story reports:
I was persuaded to participate in the rewards system and reserve a prize for a larger amount than I had in my account. The problem is that you couldn’t top up your funds by trading just by topping up your account.
The investor decided to make a payment from two different accounts, but the fraudsters informed her about the blocking of funds due to violation of the terms of the regulations. To unblock the account, the injured party had to pay USDT 15,000 to authenticate the legality of the transaction, and the transaction was to take place within no more than 3 days.
“[…] if I do not do it, a penalty of 2% of the account balance will be charged every day” – reports the injured party.
In contact with the client, the fraudsters referred to the provisions of the regulations, which are in vain to find on the pseudo-broker’s website. It is also not available to customers after logging into their own account.

COMPANY: Opensea Group Limited
Expert Financial Solutions is also a dishonest broker without a license to offer investment products. Platform consultants use internet gateways that allow you to impersonate any mobile number. It often turns out that these numbers belong to specific people and after making a callback, the customer connects to the real owner of the number.
On the websites of biznes-wsparcie.pl and lekkiestrony.pl, articles have been created to assure the investor of the credibility of the dishonest broker “Expert Financial Solutions”. The sites were most likely created for the purposes of the portal itself in order to encourage the user to invest in the broker platform. The client draws attention to linguistic errors in the articles themselves, but also to mobile numbers to natural persons that are not related to the broker’s activity.
