4 entities in KNF’s warning list
The Polish National Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) has issued warnings against 4 brokers who offer investment services without a license. The well-known SCAM Solid Invest appeared on the KNF’s list. Warnings against this platform were earlier issued by 5 European regulators: FSMA, CySec, CNMV, BaFin, and AMF.

In the warnings, the Polish regulator also mentioned Capital Letter GmbH with its headquarter in Munich, and Capital Letter Limited with its headquarters in Majuro, on the Marshall Islands, operating illegally via the brightfinance.co platform. The brightfinance.co platform and the solidinvest mentioned above platform are interconnected, and the same company supervises them. Many European regulators also issued warnings against the brightfinance.co platform: AMF, FCA, FSMA, CONSOB, and CySec.

2 platforms blacklisted by AMF
The French Financial Supervisory Authority (AMF) has published an alert about the invesco.group platform. The scammer uses fake license numbers, the links of which take you to a specially crafted website of regulators.
Among the entities mentioned by AMF, the LPLCapital platform also appeared, against which the Swiss regulator FINMA had warned a week earlier.

The British Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) warns of a clone of authorized Swiss Re Capital Markets Limited. A dishonest broker offering its services via the swisscoinmarket.com platform pretends to be an authorized company, misleading a potential client and preventing him from reliably verifying his activity.
